Product Description

Xiamen SLD Rubber is the factory of CR Rubber Compound for Rubber Hose. It is a synthetic rubber polymerized from chloroprene as the main monomer and is widely used in the manufacturing of industrial rubber hoses. Our formula has been optimized, and it demonstrates excellent fluidity and vulcanization speed during subsequent extrusion and vulcanization processes, which helps customers enhance production efficiency.

Key points of formula design

Polymer selection:

Choose the G type as per requirements, such as GN/A, pre-crosslinked type (W type), or膏状 CR. G type CR has good adhesion, while W type CR has better heat resistance.

Sulfurization system:

CR Rubber Compound for Rubber Hose is sulfurized with metal oxides. Magnesium oxide not only participates in crosslinking but also absorbs hydrogen chloride to prevent resinification. To improve heat resistance, accelerator NA-22 or TMTD is used in combination.

Antioxidant system:

To extend the lifespan of the hose, phenolic or amine-based antioxidants still need to be added to protect against dynamic fatigue and thermal aging.

Reinforcing fillers:

Commonly, N550 and N660 are used to balance strength, wear resistance, and flexibility. For the outer layer of colored or light-colored hoses, silica black combined with silane coupling agent can be used.
