IR Rubber Compound for Seals

IR Rubber Compound for Seals is derived from the polymerization of isoprene monomers under chemical bonding. It is based on natural latex and carefully replicates its chemical structure to create a unique polyisoprene skeleton. In this exquisite framework, cis-1,4-polyisoprene and trans-1,4-polyisoprene coexist, and the increase in cis structure gives IR rubber extraordinary elasticity. 

IR Rubber Compound for Seals can adapt to a wide range of temperatures, from -56°C to 105°C, and even occasionally to 120°C, without changing its performance. IR Rubber Compound  exhibits a lighter color, more delicate composition uniformity, and higher purity. Its molecular structure is finely formulated to be soft and flexible to the touch, or tough like leather.

Application
